Dental Receptionist/ Treatment Coordinator

Damira Dental Studios Ltd is an expanding and inspiring company and has 26 practices across London, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire and we are growing! Our practices offer a mix of NHS and private dental care with a passion for patient customer care.

Dental Receptionists/Treatment Coordinators at Damira play a key role in managing the patient journey, driving patient treatment plans and educating patients to promote treatment value. Training will be provided as well as regular continuous professional development opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

· Excellent understanding of Dentistry

· Friendly and flexible

· Pro-active and motivated

· Well presented, reliable, and supportive

The role will involve:

· Support with managing of dentist’s diaries and UDA targets

· Achievement of private target

· Managing all new patient data

· Handling patient enquiries over the phone, in person and in writing

· Working in a fully computerised practice using SOE software

· Compliance with CQC regulations

Hours:

Monday: 08:15 - 17:45

Tuesday: 08:15 - 17:45

Wednesday: 08:15 - 17:45

Thursday: 08:15 - 17:45

Friday: 08:15 - 17:45

Saturday: 08:30 - 17:45 (1 every 3 weeks)
