A family of specialist orthodontists leads bright Orthodontics, Dr Raphy Paul & Dr Puthri Raphy, who put patient care and outcomes above anything else.

There will be a high onus on developing private orthodontics with the help of the best in the field and a customer service system, patient journey and clinical care, which can create raving fans for our service. 

We will be investing in marketing systems, treatment coordinators and follow up systems and a well-trained front of the house team.

We are inviting you to be part of a group of friendly specialist’s orthodontists who support each other and shape the direction of our orthodontic practices.

• Fully digital workflow with iTero scanners, OPG, Ceph and Digital Intraoral X-rays, Digital Ceph tracing software and patient communication software.
• An orthodontist’s time can be best used to help generate high productivity working with a team of experienced orthodontic therapists and nurses, leaving you with time for new private orthodontic consults. 
• Trained Orthodontic nurses will run records clinics on your behalf, including digital photographs, radiographs, and intraoral scans.
• Each location is fitted out with 3- 4 surgeries, allowing efficient teamwork.
• Well managed appointment book gives you the time to concentrate on patient care.
• Supportive, experienced management team to take care of all NHS claims/Private fee payments/ compliance/HR/IT systems 

• There will be systems to discuss complex cases with peers and advice/mentoring from experienced clinicians on specific cases as required. 

• Monthly journal clubs to keep us updated on the most recent evidence-based studies and any significant articles.

•  We are looking for a well organised, friendly, ethical orthodontist with an open mindset and long-term vision to develop with us providing excellent orthodontic care to our patients and achieving a good work-life balance.
