Locum Associate Dentist - Wednesdays and Fridays

We are looking for a locum associate dentist to work on Wednesdays and Fridays in our family practice in Oxted, Surrey.  The position will start in February and will continue until further notice.  We own two private practices in Surrey and there may be scope for a more permanent position later.

The practice is predominantly private (80% by revenues), with a very small NHS contract, in an affluent Surrey commuter town.  We see around 12 patients a day.  NHS patients are limited to those with the most genuine needs.

We are looking for a highly capable general dentist, who is good at building relationships with patients and is an excellent treatment planner.  Associates receive 45% share of gross private revenues.  If they deliver £300 or more in gross revenues per hour (averaged over a month) they receive 50%.

There is also the opportunity (although not an obligation) to cover absences in our 100% private practice in Dorking.
