Associate Dentist wanted to join an independent mixed dental practice in Northamptonshire

We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our busy team at Bridge Dental Practice in Towcester (Northamptonshire).

Practice Overview

We are a family owned and run Business with an excellent reputation within the town for providing high quality, caring dental advice to our patients.

As a place of work we have an open and relaxed environment where we encourage our team to be respectful and kind to each other at all times.

The Practice has 4 Surgeries and we carry out a mix of Private and NHS Dental treatments.

Location

We are located in Towcester, Northamptonshire within commuting distance of North London, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Daventry, Brackley, Buckingham and the midlands.

About the Practice

We are open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6:30 pm but not on weekends or on Bank Holidays.

We are a mixed Practice and the role with us will involve working under the NHS and so a performer number is vital.

The Practice has four recently decorated surgeries with well maintained equipment most of which has recently been updated.

We have a separate steri room looked after by our steri assistant allowing the nurses to concentrate on helping the clinical team work effectively.

There is support in the practice from a hygienist and therapist.

We have digital x-rays and rotary endo that can be used for NHS and Private treatments (we don't make a file charge in case you were wondering).

The position we have on offer

We are looking for a full time dentist but are willing to consider part time as long as the candidate can do at least 2 days per week for us.

No matter how many days you do there will be an element of NHS work to complete. The precise amount is negotiable and will depend on your experience and number of hours you work. There is plenty of opportunity to do Private treatment for the right clinician who takes time to explain the patient’s different options.

The successful candidate will be taking over an established well maintained patient base who regularly attend their recalls. 

UDA rates are negotiable depending on experience.

We are able to be flexible on working days.

Candidates should be registered with the GDC and have an active NHS performer number
