Full Time Associate Dentist – 4.5 days a week

We are looking for an experienced associate Dentist who works to a high standard, is ethical and has a good chair side manner. We expect the candidate to be motivated and engaged in their personal dental development with postgraduate qualifications preferred. Invisalign desired.

The Principal is reducing her days so the new Associate will have an existing and established book. We are looking for an Associate to carry on the Principal’s high quality dentistry. 

Estimated earning potential: £170,000 – 220,000 gross

As an associate you will be benefitting from an experienced long standing practice team, which is close and supportive and has a good work ethic. We would welcome and support you.

Any Dentist who has worked at the practice has commented on how lovely our patients are. We are a family practice who has been practicing for 40 years and have a loyal and established patient base. 

About us

We are an independently owned, busy and friendly practice. We are mainly private with a small NHS contract. We pride ourselves on the high quality dentistry which we provide. We are a member of the BDA Good Practice Scheme.

Dartford has witnessed rapid expansion due to new house building. This combined with an easy commute to London has attracted a cohort of new individuals to the area. Our practice has a steady stream of new patients from recommendations and self-referrals via Google. 

The practice is equipped with spacious surgeries, all mod cons including ceiling TVs, air conditioning, digital x-rays, rotary endo, Global endodontic microscope etc. We are fully digitalized using clinipads, Vista Scan and SOE. We have an established team of nurses and support staff.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience
  • High personal standards on all aspects of general dentistry
  • Able to work flexibly if necessary 
  • Confident in direct composite bonding
  • Team player
  • Reliable
  • Good communication skills
  • Post-graduate qualification preferable
