Associate Dentist

Full or Part time Associate required.

Days: Surgery available Mon - Sat 

Location: Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14

Due to one of the current associates relocating they are looking for someone to join their team. The available patient list is made up of a mixture of existing pay as you go and membership plan patients, giving you the security of a guaranteed income. To compliment this, you will also have a regular stream of new private patients booked into your diary. 

You will be supported by our full-time Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator, experienced Dental Nurse and Reception teams as well as offsite administrators, treatment coordinators, call handlers and marketing teams. The Practice Principals and group specialists are always available and willing to offer support, guidance, and advice.

On site car parking is also provided with this role.

The Practice is a small independently owned group of private dental practices based in the Midlands. They believe in providing ethical, patient focused dentistry offering general treatments alongside dental implants, orthodontics, facial aesthetics and more.

They are fully equipped with modern facilities throughout each of their practices and have technology such as digital x-rays, lasers, CBCT scanners, microscopes, and intra-oral scanners, all of which are available for use by the associates

They are focused on the development of our clinicians and regularly invest in training, be this in-house short courses or supporting you with funding for postgraduate qualifications including masters. They truly believe that the development of our team further enhances what they can offer to our patients and they recognise that you have worked hard to get to where you are, and want to help you to continue to achieve more. They have regular, interactive clinical meetings and our clinical team has easy access to the practice owners and all specialists within our group.
