The Role – Compliance Manager at Angle House Orthodontics

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager, who wants to be a big part of the Angle House success story. Our group of orthodontic practices relies on a Compliance Manager to assist with a range of health and safety, legal compliance, and NHS matters.                                                                                                                                

You’ll also have the chance to develop new skills. We’re big on promoting people from within, so there’ll be plenty of scope for progression if you want to broaden your horizons.

This Compliance Manager role is full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Key duties of Compliance Manager:

• Ensures the company's policies and rules are in line with regulatory and ethical standards - keep up to date with and understand relevant laws and regulations
• Conducts inspections and surveys to ensure that employees are compliant with regulations across the company’s various locations 
• Maintains up to date knowledge of compliance regulations, laws, and guidelines in this fast-changing environment  
• Ensures the best communication with practices and Practice Partners 
• Implements and oversees a compliance management tool/software across the company to ensure satisfactory compliance 
• Oversees each practice’s compliance and assists where and when needed  
• Conducting investigations to discover the root cause of compliance problems when they arise 
• Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies 

Requirements:

• Great compliance knowledge and true interest in this area
• Critical problem-solving ability
• Ability to analyse and interpret information quickly and efficiently
• Fantastic project management skills
• Flexibility to travel across multiple locations

Desirable:

• Previous experience in healthcare
• Previous experience in working with NHS
• Experienced Practice Manager who is ready for the next step
