Practice manager

OFFICE MANAGER REQUIRED FOR  A PRIVATE PRACTICE IN BELFAST

The role is to work Full time, 4-5 days per week, with the possibility of 1 Saturday per month 

Salary £22,880

They have 4 surgeries plus a training room
SOE software in place, , fully private practice with multi disciplinary ethos. 
The working environment here is lovely. 

There is on street parking and good bus and train links locally. 

Experience within the dental field and a good clinical knowledge of private dentistry is and advantage but not essential. 

Role: 
Customer facing; the Office Manager will be providing top class customer service to patients with a broad range of (often complex dental needs).

The Manager will be acting as patient coordinator working in tandem with the Managing Partner and the Front of House Manager to provide a great experience for patients while meeting sales targets. 

Within the Team the office manager will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and marketing duties again working with the Manging Partner front of house. 
Skills and Qualities 

The ideal candidate will have natural people skills, a value on excellence in dentistry and the ability to work flexibly within a dynamic team environment. Strong organisational  and computer skills and the ability to work independently are essential to this role.
