About the position:

• Great Competitive Salary of £32,000 per annum  
• Full time position available
• Working hours are 8am-5pm
• Well organised practice with excellent support staff

• Your uniform will be provided

About the practice:

• 4 surgery practice
• Practice is located in a very affluent area
• Practice offers great range of treatments such as implants, specialist endodontics, specialist periodontal etc.
• Modern surgeries and dental software systems

Requirements:

• Commercially minded
• Confident leading a team of between 7 – 15 staff
• Understanding how to generate income and control costs
• Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise
• Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients and your practice team
• Previous dental experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other industries
