Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellow in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery based between the RVI and Newcastle Dental Hospital . The position is to compliment the existing Dental Core trainee staff to provide Oral and Maxillofacial service delivery, provide safe, high quality care and to contribute to the out of hours OMFS first on-call rota. It will build on our recognition of the very important contribution that experienced dental practitioners make to the running of a successful OMFS department by offering an enthusiastic individual the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of clinical care and further support their career ambitions.
You will be an experienced clinician with an enthusiasm to further their experience in OMFS You will have been fully registered with the GDC for at least 1 year with training experience within the clinical dental team, and a willingness to contribute to the current DCT team and the first on-call rota You will be offered a structured induction. Your major role will be the provision of OMFS patient assessment and care under the supervision of a structured senior team led by a 6 strong Consultant body.
