Description: Part time Locum Dentist required for various days in December, in a busy, mixed, well-established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near South Shields, Tyne and Wear
• 20 & 21st Dec - 9am to 3.30pm, 24th Dec - 9am to 12.30pm, 29th Dec - 9am to 3.30pm & 31st Dec - 9am to 12.30pm
• Existing well maintained list
• Fully computerised surgeries
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary endo
• Full support team
• 30 minutes to Gateshead + Newcastle
• Available December

- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
