Dental Practice Manager

Dental Practice Manager / Dorchester, Dorset / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Dorchester, Dorset to recruit a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Will take notice periods into consideration.
• Private, specialist, referral practice.
• Full time opportunity – around 40 hours per week.
• Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
• Salary up to £35k per annum depending on experience.
• GDC & CPD costs covered, career development, pension & an additional day off for your birthday. 
• The successful candidate will have commercial awareness and a good understanding of profit and loss, budgets, finance, marketing for the practice. You will become the nominated CQC registered manager for the practice. You will have strong leadership skills, working towards practice KPIs and targets and produce timely reports when required.
• Responsibilities will include but are not limited to; day to day running of practice, HR, rotas, staff appraisals & inductions, working within governing body guidelines ensuring practice meets required standards with daily, weekly, monthly audits.
• 5 surgery, computerised SOE practice which is a specialist referral centre within the area, providing high-end, complex dental implants and specialist prosthodontics.
• All candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in dental practice management.
• Experience managing a private practice & GDC registration preferred.
• On-site parking available.

All candidates must have dental practice management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
