Dental Nurse

PRIVATE PATIENT MANAGER REQUIRED: Private Patient Manager (including Private Patient Development)

This Fully private practice are looking to recruit for a Private patient manager, to be based at their Reading clinic, but to also oversea their other clinics, such as Wokingham, Bracknell, Theale, Pangbourne.

Start date: ASAP.

This is a Full time role, working 40 hours per week. From:
Mondays – 8am-4.30pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.15am-5.15pm or 10am-7pm
Wednesdays- 8.15am-5.30pm
Fridays 7.45am-4.15pm
With 1 Saturday per month on a rotational basis.

General Duties for this role:
To ensure that a high level of customer care & service is delivered to private patients
To ensure that patients and GDPs are informed regarding all aspects of treatment
To ensure that all Private patients receive all relevant information regarding the patient journey, with particular reference to clinical letters

Private Patient Co-Ordination:
To co-ordinate all private patient (PP) activity across the Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Theale, Pangbourne
To co-ordinate orthodontic PP activity at the Briar’s Dental Centre (Newbury) when/if required in the future
To manage associate related PP targets

Development
To develop strategies to increase PP activity at all sites

Clinical Duties
To see potential PPs for free consultations (to include taking a medical history, a brief clinical history and a full set of clinical photographs)
To scan patients as/when required

Training
To acquire an in-depth knowledge of Invisalign
To attend relevant courses, as required by the directors

Liaison and Meetings
To liaise with current Practice Managers regarding the above
To liaise with Specialist Orthodontists regarding PP treatments and targets
To liaise with Accounts Manager re PP income (biweekly meetings to check all spreadsheets up to date and chase payments)
To attend biweekly meetings with directors and/or practice managers
To attend biweekly meetings with treatment co-ordinators (TCs)
To attend monthly meetings with specialist orthodontists (SOs)

Social Media and Reviews
To head Instagram and Facebook campaigns
To lead on Google reviews

Other Stakeholders
To liaise with the stakeholders regarding PP treatments and products (eg. Invisalign reps, American Ortho reps etc)

Candidates must be qualified as a Dental Nurse, as the candidate will be required to conduct free consultations involving taking photos and Digital Intra Oral scans.

Salary on offer: £15ph DOE.

This is a 3 surgery practice, Fully equipped, computerised using AssistOrth software.
