Associate Dentist

If you are looking to work in an established, modern and family friendly practice inheriting a list of well maintained patients in a fantastic coastal location just a few miles from the beach and local water sports, then this could be the opportunity for you. 

This well equipped, modern and tastefully decorated mixed practice, is looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join their team. The small NHS list is full and the incoming Associate will be taking over an established list of PFPI and Plan patients all of whom are regular attenders. 

This is a great opportunity for a dentist who is looking for a long term practice where they can continue to grow their patient list and could be suited to a clinician with interests in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. While there is also scope for implant dentistry and the practice is well equipped, there isn't currently a CBCT  within the practice. It is however fully digitised with Digital Radiography, OPG and Laser with modern high quality Adec treatment centres. 

The four surgery practice is BDA Best Practice and Denplan Excel.

The practice benefits from an affluent village location surrounded by good schools and amenities and is situated just a few miles from a coastal watersports hotspot as well as within easy reach of fantastic rural bike and running trails. 

Medium to long term, there may also be an opportunity for the Associate to consider buying in to Partnership and/or the prospect of outright practice ownership if that is an objective for the incoming Dentist.
