What the role involves

• Are you an experienced manager, ideally in the dental or healthcare sector?
• Achieve key deliverables including business growth targets and managing P&L 
• Part time opportunity, 24 - 30 hours per week
• We can be flexible on days and hours worked between Monday and Friday
• The team is made up of a Practice Principal, Orthodontic Therapist, Treatment Coordinator, qualified Dental Nurses, Receptionists and dedicated compliance and practice support
• Lead a dedicated team with the day to day running and management of the practice
• Excellent working relationships with clinicians, head office, suppliers and NHS contractors 
• Recruitment, on boarding and people management of practice staff 
• Maintenance and marketing of the practice within set budgets 
• Any other ad hoc responsibilities as reasonably requested

What we need from you

• Ideally some knowledge of CQC and compliance
• Previous demonstrable leadership / management experience required
• Strong business and team leader
• Commercially astute; sales, target and KPI drive
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, keeping patient satisfaction in mind
• Friendly and welcoming manner
• Teamwork orientated with an enthusiastic attitude
• Proficient user of the requisite dental software and Microsoft package
