Senior Dental Nurse / TCO

NEW OPPORTUNITY: Part/full-time position (3-5 days) in Liverpool for a treatment co-ordinator/senior dental nurse. We are specifically looking for somebody with a fantastic work ethic, the ability to be assertive, work independently, show leadership and develop with the practices and the type of care being delivered.

The existing practice (Liverpool) has recently been refurbished, decorated, rebranded and equipped. We are now offering dental implant treatment, short-term orthodontics, smile makeovers, digital dentistry and advanced surgery as well as NHS dental care. We have a fantastic motivated and loyal team to assist the right candidates settle into the practice and can offer funded further courses to aid your personal growth and enhance your skills.

Training and development opportunities will be available. We have recently launched an exciting new website too! Your contract will include some exciting new bonus schemes and commission-based bonuses. Training will be fully provided, and there will be opportunities to undergo funded courses by the practice and take a lead in some active treatment co-ordinating, which will be rewarded with a commission scheme to boost your basic salary.

We would like a qualified dental nurse, ideally with extremely high levels of motivation and desire to help develop the practices, and also a wide range of experience within the role previously. You will need to be able to work independently and support the senior management team. Indemnity, GDC and some mandatory CPD will be fully funded by the employer.

We are a teaching centre - looking after both foundation dentists, therapists and apprentice dental nurses. The selected candidate will share a passion for developing our staff and workers and will be given exciting leadership opportunities. We also offer overtime one evening per week and will ask you to commit to one Saturday morning per month.

Immediate start available.

Part-time hours: 22-40 per week
