Practice Manager

Seeking a part time practice manager for our dental practice to take over managerial duties and drive forward practice modernisation and development.
We are a 4 surgery mixed (NHS/private) dental practice

The role will include following:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice as a whole
• Responsibility for compliance with CQC regulations
• Ensuring excellent 'concierge' level service to patients
• Responsibility, delivery and management of complaints policy and processes
• Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
• Plan & drive the income targets for the practice
• Monitor KPIs & support clinicians to achieve targets
• Deal promptly with issues when they arise
• Deliver and arrange staff meeting, training and development
• Managing advertising and social media for the practice

Salary dependent on experience circa £28-32k/annum (FTE), with performance related bonus.

Part Time role - 3 days/week , would consider Full Time for a candidate who could offer dental nursing as well
