Exciting opportunity to join a hugely successful and efficient team as an Orthodontic Associate 
 

-£200-300k per annum after deductions based on 3 days per week

-9000 -11,000 UOAs with private revenue on top

-Full support of orthodontic therapists 

-Excellent private 

-Shift pattern work to fit in with family & social commitments. Can offer anything between 1 and 3 days.

-Based in busy town of Ealing with excellent transport links and on-site parking

-Ability to teach and train

-Fully digital including ITero scanner

-Full clinical & clerical support including treatment coordination and a team of skilled qualified ortho nurses

-Well managed appointment book giving you the time to concentrate on patient care

-Sponsored CPD and training

 

This fantastic and unique opportunity is to join a well-established specialist orthodontic practice in the heart of Ealing, London. 

We are looking for a progressive and positive individual who wants to work with our growing team with a clear focus to provide high standard private and NHS orthodontics in a fantastic working environment.

You will need to be a GDC registered specialist and have an active performer number. Experience with private and working with orthodontic therapists is desirable but not essential.

 

Key attributes and duties: 

-Excellent communication skills and customer service

-Delivery of exceptional patient care with honesty, integrity and in line with GDC standards alongside therapists

-Work alongside manager and admin staff and encourage and support team development 

-Work closely with the Principal to develop and support practice growth plans

-Represent the practice ethos, values and culture and maintain professionalism and reputation

-Forward thinking approach with a vision to grow and commitment to continued development

-Ensure compliance with General Dental Council guidance, CQC and HTM 01-05 requirements
