Impress team is passionate about teeth, digitalization, and customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic Orthodontist who will be an important part of a hard-working, fast-growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver WOW experience for every patient.

Be able to make a diagnostic and monitoring of the aligner treatment.

Make and examine 3D scans or dental impressions of the patients to determine the design of orthodontic products to be created.

Review orthodontic aligner diagnostic information for completeness and accuracy, prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for treatment plan development.

Review aligner treatment plans prior to finalizing and submitting for manufacturing.

Review feedback from dental and orthodontic professionals on plans, incorporating requests into a revised plan.

Provide the necesary support to the team, in order for them to execute their task properly.

Provide communication about changes in the protocols and relevant information.

Provide feedback about the quality of the cases.

Provide one on one sessions with team members and document Feedback

Create daily, weekly and monthly status reports.

Assist with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in 3D scans

Masters degree as an Orthodontist

Excellent communication skills.

Willingness to help others

Leadership skills.

Team player.

Attention to detail.

Focus on quality.
