The role will be a full time position, and would suit someone with a passion for recruitment, a drive to succeed and a love of all things social media! 

The job role will include, but not be limited to:

• Implementation and input into the overall recruiting strategy
• Buillding relationships with managers to fulfill the people plan
• Sourcing & Interviewing of candidates 
• Evaluatation and screening of CV’s
• Induction and onboarding with your new recruits
• Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions 
• Completing records of interviews and new hires through our ATS
• Stay up to date with current recruiting methods
• Attend job fairs and careers events with Recruitment & Retention Manager
