Maison Dental are seeking a full time practice manager for a busy fully private practice in Knightsbridge that offers mainly cosmetic treatments. You will join an established brand that focuses on the use of social media within dentistry.

Practice Manager responsibilities:

• Coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients
• Planning income targets for the practice, then reviewing & analysing
• Monitoring KPIs & support clinicians to achieve their targets
• Ensuring the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines (as the CQC registered manager)
• Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff
• Effectively manage clinical and administration staff and the day to day running of the practice
• Practice administration- such as risk assessments and audits in line with CQC/GDC guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
