Full-time position, Monday to Friday
NHS UDA target of c6000 UDA's
UDA value negotiable and split 50:50 with private revenue
Fully computerised using SFD management system
Digital radiograph with Durr Vistascan
Rotary Endodontics

About us
SmileShines is a small group of practices run by its Clinical Director and Principal, Dr Achal Prashad, who oversees all clinical operations and provides clinical support to associates if needed.
The premises is a ground floor shop unit with 4 treatment rooms and is located in the busy residential area of Aylesford.
The practice also has a full-time practice manager who also coordinates larger private treatment plans.

What we are looking for
Someone who is friendly and keen to grow with us. Our aim is to continue our NHS commitment, but also look to grow the private dental business. This will be via investment and supporting staff in further training.
We now offer implants and have an active facial aesthetics service and will look to support associates who are driven by providing high-quality dental care.
Most important to us is someone who will gel with our young lively team and enjoy the work that they do.
