We have an exciting opportunity for an associate dentist to join our practice in Sandbach, Cheshire, easily commutable from South Manchester, Liverpool and Staffordshire, situated directly off Junction 17 M6. 

We are a long-established, award winning, mixed NHS/private practice in a great location with ample parking. We are currently investing in practice development and marketing to continue growing our private patient base. We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated individual who would like to join us on this journey. This position would suit a dentist looking to establish themselves in a thriving area for the long term. We are looking for someone who is ethical and motivated looking to develop an area of special interest in Restorative dentistry particularly fixed and removal prosthodontics. The candidate will ideally have already started a training course to achieving an MSc in this discipline.Guidance and mentoring will be available to pursue post graduate qualifications. The successful candidate would receive full clinical support. We have an open and collaborative approach to clinical care providing a wide range of treatments and dentists with special interests in implants, oral surgery, orthodontics and endodontics. We have the clinical support of two hygiene therapists both using Guided Biofilm Technology / Airflow. 

There is excellent private potential, with modern computerised surgeries using the R4 system including digital x-rays, iTero and Carestream CS3700 intra oral scanners and a CBCT scanner.  

You would be joining a friendly team, who are dedicated to continual professional development. Our staff have undertaken Oral Health Education, Radiography, Fluoride application and impression taking training.

NHS performer number required 

The position is part-time with designated private-only sessions and ample opportunity for private work and career development. Competitive UDA rate £10/UDA with up to 3000 UDAs available, however there is no formal UDA target to meet, giving the freedom to develop private care services. 

Private treatment remunerated on a sliding scale ranging from 45% to 52.5% dependant on income.
