Dental Nurse

Dental Nurse/Receptionist required for full-time / part time opportunity.

West House Dental, Pinner

We are fully furnished private dental practice within Pinner memorial park. Offering a rare opportunity for the successful candidate to join our growing team. We are currently recruiting for a full-time or part-time qualified nursing role. The role has potential for growth as the team builds and looking to developing into senior duties. We require a driven and kind candidate that will be responsible for all clinical duties, stock control, CQC rules management, and overseeing the training of new nursing staff. We believe in delivering dentistry with a patient-centered approach and fully committed to delivering dentistry within the new COVID-19 safe environment.

To be considered for this role, candidates are required to have:

As a minimum

1. Qualified dental nursing qualification- Uk accredited. Full registration with GDC and indemnity

2. Five years’ experience chairside

3. One or more years of private experience 

4. Stock control

5. Advanced qualifications in radiology, impression taking etc

6. Software of excellence or computerized system experience 

7. Reception duties 

Essential

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

2. Keen self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team

3. Excellent organisational skills, accountability, flexibility

4. Enthusiasm about providing a high standard of care to our patients

6. Ability to maintain cross infection control in accordance to our policies 

7. Strong IT skills (SOE)

8. Up to date knowledge of current CQC compliance requirements

9. Professional and enthusiastic attitude

10. Caring and empathic manner

11. Organised

Job Type: Full-time or part time

Salary: will be dependent on experience

Location: Pinner

Hours of work: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8.30 – 4.30

Thursday 9-6

Required experience: 1-year customer experience
