Area Manager, Kings Cross N1 / Bloomsbury WC1 areas of London
 
Medicruit are sourcing a Area Manager for a small group of 4 practices in Central London 

This position is to start as soon as possible but they will wait to find the right candidate.

The 4 practice include 2 Mixed one private General and on Private Specialist referral site 
 
Working full time between Monday - Saturday - Hours are negotiable but to deal with out of hours urgent matters where required.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience 35k+ a year 

They require someone who can handle the HR, compliance, KPIs, marketing, complaint handling, meet targets and other tasks that are set.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Hire / Supervise / manage staff (HR)
Diary Management 
Credit/Debit checks 
Overseeing ordering of stock and materials, including stationary 
Plan and attend staff meetings
Oversee Front of house and call centre service levels
Ensure Practice cleanliness 
Increase and manage new patient queries
Increase and manage recall system
Monitor patient feedback and resolve complaints
Oversee NHS/pvt  patient referrals 
Monitor and increase Google reviews  
Overseeing repairs for the practice (including clinical)
Monitor and foster staff morale 
SOE IT / ISSUES 
Oversee Out of hours’ practice emergencies 
Compliance
Implement marketing strategy
Measure KPIs
Represent the business and put the best interests of the business first
 
CANDIDATE WILL NEED TO: 
Have management experience - They want someone with experience running mixed / private multi-practices
Good knowledge of  HTM 01-05 and CQC
Have an eye for detail and show initiative 
Be able to manage a large team and report on KPIs 
Be reliable and energetic motivated person with excellent communication skills who is able to multi-task 
Be Friendly and a team player.
Have a great command of the English language (written and spoken)
