Associate Dentist required in predominantly private practice in beautiful South Somerset

The Bruton Dental Practice is looking for a new associate dentist to replace a departing longstanding colleague. 

This is a rare opportunity to join our well-established team in a successful independent and predominantly private practice, with a mix of fee-per-item and maintenance plan patients. The majority of the team have worked together for at least 10 years and there is excellent reception, chair-side and hygiene support.

The Practice is situated in the thriving and popular village of Bruton, Somerset, which has excellent road and rail transport links to Bath, Bristol, Taunton and London, as well as to the south coast. There are excellent schools locally and nearby, and plenty of leisure options in the local area, including walking, cycling, wildlife, history and culture.

The ideal candidate would be hard-working, motivated to go the extra mile to provide patients with an outstanding level of care, a good communicator and willing to share new ideas and contribute to the team. A dentist with 4-5 years' experience, ideally within the private sector, would be preferred, but this is not essential. A specialist interest or qualification would be an advantage.

The position is for a full time self-employed associate. There are high potential earnings in this affluent Somerset village and an annual income of around £120,000 is anticipated.
