Associate Dentist

We are a progressive  INDEPENDENTLY OWNED  mixed NHS/ Private dental practice in KIDDERMINSTER

 seeking an enthusiastic FULL Time &/ or PART TIME associate dentist to take over an existing patient list to provide high quality dental care. The associate has bought her own clinic and moving & has a stable list. 

Perfect position for VT’s finishing in Sep to gain valuable NHS experience.

September/ Oct  Start Possible

We have a happy work ethos and all the staff are well qualified and support each other. The surgery was built from squat by the principal dentist. 

This position is for either full time 3 to 4 days a week (negotiable)

3000 – 8000 UDA’s available depending on the number of days

UDA rate £12.25/ UDA

private share  60%

Potential for Private Endo / Facial Aesthetics/ Implants / Invisalign

We are located only 20-25 minutes commute from Birmingham / Wolverhampton/ Worcester

NHS Performer number essential.

Good English communication skills are important

High earning potential  100K +

Practice is purpose built with Sirona digital intra-oral and panoral x-ray systems. Rotary endo available.

Principal Ex VT trainer and surgeries have modern dental Equipment

Fully computerised using R4 system & Sirona Sidexis Digital Xrays , Digital Panoral.

Qualified, highly experienced dental nursing staff with support from other dentists that work within the practice group that have special interests in implant, oral surgery, orthodontic and cosmetic dental elements (Invisalign)

central decontamination room

clinical freedom with help from all associates & principal if required

airconditioned and air purification system to reduce fallow time to 10 minutes

Associates/ staff paid on time promptly and by BACS  - We paid the BDA recommended wage to associates all through the pandemic No post-dated cheques!!

Hygienist and therapist services available to complement the dental work that the associates provide.
