Dental Practice Manager

Dental Practice Manager required by busy NHS 5 surgery Dental Practice in Gillingham.

Applicant will be willing to apply to become CQC registered manager.

Your role will include managing our team of dentists and nurses, managing delivery of the NHS contracted activity and the preparation of salaries. You will also prepare invoices to pay on a monthly basis.

We are a small dental group with excellent external support for the successful candidate from our Compliance Manager, Operations Director and Clinical Director.

A dental background is essential along with current GDC registration.

You will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures and health and safety measures and to oversee staff training, recruitment and carry out necessary pre-employment checks. A full job description will be provided at the interview stage.
