Dental Practice Manager

Dental Practice Manager required for 6 surgery NHS site.

The successful applicant must be willing to become CQC registered manager.

GDC registration and a dental background are essential.

Your duties will include managing our team of dentists, nurses and admin support staff, managing the NHS contracted activity and providing weekly reports to our Operations Director.

You will be responsible for HR and recruitment and carrying out pre-employment checks, also for staff rota's and managing holidays and sickness.

You will also be responsible for implementing and updating policies and procedures and managing health and safety.

There is external support from our Compliance Manager, Operations Director and Area Manager.
