Associate Job

Full or part time position associate position available in family run, friendly independent mixed practice in Telford, Shropshire.

We are a long established family run dental practice well known in the local area for providing good quality, friendly dental care to the community. The practice is focused on providing good quality care to a variety of patient types with an emphasis on prevention and minimally invasive dentistry.

The role is to take over a stable, mainly NHS list that was started 13 years ago but with scope to expand a private list due to demand of patients wanting to join the practice. Ideally, we would like someone that is looking to stay long term as our patients are used to continuity in care with a familiar face.

Our ideal candidate would be:

• Friendly, caring and have an awareness of a patient's personal needs
• A hard working person with high ethical standards
• A good communicator with both patients and the team
• Be enthusiastic, reliable and trustworthy
• Hold a GDC registration and active performer number
• Possibly have additional qualifications or looking to complete qualifications to bring new skills to the practice but not necessary.

The practice can offer you:

• Flexibility on a full or part time position
• Up to 7000 UDAs per year plus private
• Good UDA rate (would be discussed at interview)

• 50/50 split on lab fees and private income

• Mentoring for newly qualified candidates if required from a friendly, fair principal with an open door policy.
