Associate Dentist required in predominantly private 7 surgery practice in beautiful Wells

Rock House Dental Practice are looking for a new associate dentist to join our team due to expansion and increasing patient numbers.  Rock House Dental Practice is well established, having been in the beautiful city of Wells for 30 plus years. We have recently moved to new premises in the centre of the city and now have 7 surgeries, SOE, digital X-rays, and a cone beam CT. Rock House Wells is in the heart of Somerset, a beautiful city, and is a short drive from Bristol, Bath and Taunton. We would hope to find someone who would be aiming to stay in the practice for the long-term.

We are looking for someone who is able to provide excellent dentistry and who cares about the patients and enjoys being part of a team. We have our own patient list which is predominantly private (fee per item and practice plan) and a strong referral base. The associate would be supported in further education and would have the assistance of dentists with specialist interests in prosthetics, periodontics, implant dentistry, sedation, invisalign and facial aesthetics. The majority of the team have worked together for at last 10 years and we have wonderful reception, management and hygiene support.

The associate would need to commit to working at least 2 Saturdays a month (8am-2pm) plus up to 30 hours a week (days and times are flexible for the right candidate). We would anticipate a pro rata salary of around £120,000.
