Associate Dentist

Private Associate position in Dartford, Kent 

Dartford Road Dental Centre is a long-established Private practice in Dartford with a fantastic reputation and great growth potential. 

With one of our associates reducing his days, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic associate to take over the care of some existing Private/Denplan patients, as well as list building via new patients. An interest in providing more focussed treatments such as Invisalign is vital to help service needs.

Ideally we are looking for full time commitment but can be flexible for the right candidate.

• Days available - Mondays (8.30-5.45), Wednesdays (8.30-5.45), Thursdays (8.30-5.45), Fridays (8.30-1.30). There is also a need for 2 Saturdays a month (9.00-1.00)
• Start date - August/September 2021
• Remuneration is based on a sliding scale up to 50%. Lab bills shared at 50% 

Our award winning practice is focussed on providing high quality dentistry alongside excellent customer service. We have a small team of dedicated staff and clinicians to help achieve this.

We have a team of specialists, DwSI providing orthodontics, dental implants, root canal treatment as well as a fantastic team of hygienists working alongside the dentists.

The practice is well equipped with scanner, CBCT, digital radiographs, intra oral cameras and uses SOE. Patient journey has been improved with the aid of online bookings and clinipad use. 

The practice has recently gone through renovations and we have invested heavily in social media/marketing/protocols to attract and track new patient enquiries. 

This position is best suited for someone at least 3 years post DF1 who is committed to post grad education and has private dentistry experience. 

A portfolio of cases as well as a record of courses attended in the past as well as planned for the future is vital. 

Being a small team, it is important for us to find someone who is friendly- both for our lovely patients and team, dedicated to high quality, evidence-based dentistry to maintain our standards and able to have a laugh!
