Associate Dentist Jobs in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex.  INDEPENDENT. £12 per UDA 60% private 40% NHS. Zest Dental Recruitment working in partnership with an established dental practice is seeking to recruit an Associate Dentist.

The dental practice operates a highly successful treatment plan, converting a large proportion of patients to private treatments. Dependent on the incoming dentist’s skill-set and ability to build good relationships with patients and discuss treatment options, the dentist can provide a huge amount of private treatments from a strong patient base, with a high influx of new patients joining the practice continuously.  With a current practice profile of 60% private and 40% NHS treatments, the practice projects that this can be increased to 80% private, dependent on the incoming dentist’s ability.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with the option for extended hours for additional private treatments if you wish.  The practice is extremely well equipped, you will have everything you need.  You will be supported by a superb practice manager and qualified and experienced dental nurses.  You will also benefit from the support of a dental hygienist/therapist. 

Primarily we are seeking a dentist conversant with the NHS UDA system, however as described above and owing to the significant private opportunity at this practice, candidates with experience of treatments such as Invisalign, Six Month Smiles, facial aesthetics, Inman Aligner, etc. would be beneficial, or the willingness with the support of the dental practice to attend the short courses associated with treatments such as described above.

Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists and have an active performer number.
