We need a Dual Site Dental Practice Manager to start working for our client who has practices based in Salford, Greater Manchester and Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire.
Role Details:
·Orthodontic practices
·Practice Management experience in the Dental or Medical industry will be considered!
·Candidates applying for this role MUST have great interpersonal and management skills
·Permanent, full time position
·Monday-Thursday 09:00-17:30; Friday 09:00-15:00
·Start ASAP - happy to wait notice period for the right candidate
·£25-30K / annum dependent on experience and skill set
·You will be responsible for:
omanaging all aspects of my client's two mixed orthodontic practices
odeveloping and growing the private side of the business
odealing with all aspects of practice administration including (but not limited to) patient appointments and finance & payments
oensuring compliance with CQC, GDC guidelines, Health & Safety, Employment and all other relevant legislation
ostaff recruitment, induction and HR
omanaging staff rotas & holidays
omanaging business targets and running Quickbooks
ostaff development & training
ostock management
oIT issues and solutions
omarketing
REQUIREMENTS:
