We are hiring a Certified Dental Assistant - Location: Bermuda

We are seeking a Certified Dental Assistant for a one year contract to work in Bermuda for a private practice general office. The office is located near the City of Hamilton in a single doctor practice.

Summary of Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

We are seeking a Certified Dental Assistant  to assist the dentist in performing treatment to the patient in restorative dentistry or oral surgery for a general dentist.

CDA may perform other related work to include, but not limited to:

• Assists the dentist in the administration of treatment at the chair side as required or directed by the dentist.
• Stock operatories and maintain clinical supply inventory
• Maintain a sterile and neat working environment according to current infection control procedures.
• Promotes an atmosphere supportive of good dental and general health by demonstrating good oral hygiene, instructing patients in techniques of flossing and brushing in accordance with protocol.
• Assume the responsibility associated with any expanded duties that may be delegated by the dentist.

Desired Skills and Experience Qualifications Required:

• Must be willing to relocate outside of the United States
• Must be a Certified/Registered Dental Assistant Level II 
• Current CPR certificate
• Currently X-ray Certificate
• Valid Passport
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Knowledgeable about oral hygiene and dental health.
• Sensitive to Cultural Diversity
