Orthodontic Clinical Director

Due to internal growth and progression, {my}dentist are now recruiting for an Orthodontic Clinical Director. The role is for 3 days a week.

As an inspirational clinician, experienced leader and GDC registered Dentist, you will be actively involved in driving the Orthodontic strategy and take the lead in developing clinical solutions and innovations that create operational value and efficiencies, alongside industry leading patient service and initiatives. This is a pivotal role in which you will further enhance clinical quality and standards across the organisation to maintain and continue to improve upon clinical excellence and quality of patient care. You will be responsible for ensuring that clinicians are well engaged within {my}dentist, feel supported, are able to practice excellent dentistry and develop their careers.

Reporting into the Group Clinical Director, you will be part of a team of 7 Clinical Directors across the organisation responsible for representing and setting the clinical agenda for key projects, regularly influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally.

To be considered for this role you will ideally be on the specialist list but as a minimum you would have experience of orthodontics. Ideally you will also have experience of working in a corporate organisation, have managed multiple sites and you must have strong people management experience within a clinical environment. The role will also include travel.
