Managing Director

MBR Dental are assisting a new dental group, currently at the beginning of their journey, to recruit a Managing Director to join their team.

The Managing Direct will have proven success with strategically building and managing companies. You will have experience coming from a similar role. Dental experience is preferred, however candidates from different industry sectors such as optical, veterinary and retail can also be considered.

The company are looking to bring onboard a management team who will be fundamental to the start up and the growth of the business. They are now starting a buy and build programme within dental.

This is a unique career opportunity for an experienced Managing Director who is seeking a new rewarding challenge and to be part of a journey / successful company from its inception.

The business is looking to raise £50 million equity, with a 5 year business plan to build a dental group. Their ambition is to add value to the consumer; training and developing all employees to provide the best dental healthcare in the country.
