Remuneration: £500 per day flat day rate plus £25 per day towards travel
Description: Locum Dentist required for 3-5 days per week in a busy, mixed practice near Liskeard, Cornwall.
• Immediate start available
• Contract for 3-6 months initially with potential to extend

• Full support team
• Fully air conditioned
• 20 minutes from Saltash. 35 minutes from Plymouth. 45 minutes from Truro

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
