About Hay-on-Wye Dental Centre

The Practice is located on Oxford Road in the small market town of Hay-on-Wye. Established in the 1980s, it was originally situated at what is now The Table Gallery in Lion Street and relocated to the current, larger premises in January 2000.
 
We are a four surgery practice, with a visiting Endodontist and Implantologist once a month.

We have onsite parking and all of our facilities, including our treatment rooms, are fully accessible to those with mobility difficulties. We have a portable hearing loop and translation services are available on request.
 
Every member of our team has made a personal commitment to working to nationally agreed standards to enable us to provide you with a quality service. We undertake continuing professional development to ensure that we keep abreast of rapidly changing techniques and materials.

About The Role

• Part time opportunity, 27 hours per week
• Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am until 5pm and Friday 9am until 4pm
• Preventative, general and cosmetic dentistry 
• Building on and developing an established and loyal patient list
• Highest standards of patient and clinical care 
• Support of an experienced and qualified team, and exceptional dental nurses 
• Flexibility required to accommodate new ways of working under Covid 19 conditions

About The Candidate

• GDC registration 
• Valid indemnity cover and DBS check  
• Fully compliant with a good understanding of CQC
• Vaccinated against hepatitis B
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
