About Dental Solutions
Here at Dental Solutions, we take a unique approach to dentistry; attracting a highly talented team of specialist dentists in Warrington to work with us so our patients never have to leave the practice. We are located five minutes from the M56, M6 and M62 motorways in the lovely village of Lymm, there is free parking right outside the practice.
About The Role
- This role will be 35 hours per week between Monday and Saturday, with some late evenings
- Guide patients through their courses of treatment and the various options available to them with precise supporting notes and virtual option meetings
- Assisting with any queries they may have about treatment
- Responsible for overseeing and driving the marketing for the practice; liasing with agencies and the Dentex marketing team
- Liaise with the clinician to create a treatment plan
- Time management, to manage own appointment diary and keep running to time
- Deal with patient objections and help overcome and issues or concerns
- Processing finance applications
- Network with other practices to encourage external referrals
- Following all regulations in the UK such as CQC, GDC standards, GDPR, HTM 01-05, confidentially and consent processes
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Ad hoc receptionist and clerical duties
- Any other ad hoc responsibilities as reasonably requested

- Understand the vision and brand message for the practice
- Demonstrable Treatment Coordinator / Patient Liason experience
- GDC registration required
- Providing outstanding customer service/ journey at all times
- Following practice systems, implementing and helping to improving systems
- Team player; communicate and share feedback at all times
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- CQC compliant
- Ad hoc receptionist and clerical duties
- Any other ad hoc responsibilities as reasonably requested
