About The Role

• Full time opportunity between Monday and Friday, 8.30am until 6pm
• Practice has four surgeries, with a mixture of dentists, including specialists
• Dedicated to providing a top class patient journey and experience
• Lead a dedicated team with the day to day running and management of the practice
• Achieve key deliverables including business growth targets and managing P&L 
• Excellent working relationships with clinicians, head office and suppliers
• Recruitment, on boarding and people management of practice staff 
• Maintenance and marketing of the practice within set budgets 
• Ad hoc receptionist and nursing duties when required 
• Any other ad hoc responsibilities as reasonably requested

About The Candidate

• Strong cosmeic dental experience highly desirable
• Demonstrable marketing experience advantageous
• Strong business and team leader
• Commercially astute; sales, target and KPI driven
• GDC registered (preferable)
• CQC registered manager experience (preferable)
• Excellent knowledge of CQC and compliance
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, keeping patient satisfaction in mind
• Friendly and welcoming manner
• Teamwork orientated with an enthusiastic attitude
• Proficient user of the SOE (preferable) and Microsoft package
