WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE AN AMAZING WEEKEND DENTAL RECEPTIONIST IN OUR BISHOP'S STORTFORD PRACTICE – COULD YOU BE THE ONE?
Do you have excellent customer service skills and are looking for a role with training and providing the best in patient care?
The role of a Dental Receptionist at our Bishops Stortford practice with Damira Dental Studios will give you all of the above and more.
At Damira Dental Studios our Dental Receptionists provide the first contact with our patients providing excellent customer care and service. The Dental Receptionist role is vital to the smooth running of the practice.
Damira Dental Studios owns 24 practices across London, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire and we are growing! Our practices offer a mix of NHS and private dental care.
Working in a dental practice can be busy and requires excellent teamwork. The Dental Receptionist will need to provide first class customer service to our patients face to face and by telephone, to be able to follow clinical guidelines, book appointments via our in house software and take payments. The right candidate will need to have excellent verbal communication, be patient, caring and able to follow processes.

Hours: 10.17 per week
Saturday: 07:45 - 14:00
Sunday: 09:45 - 14:00
Salary and package: Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience

Experience: Ideally dentally trained with knowledge of SOE, previous reception and customer service experience preferred
