Job Details
Long-Term Locum or Permanent Dentist Required in Damira Dental Studios in our Sharland Practice in Fareham, Hampshire (between Portsmouth & Southampton)
Location: Sharland House 29-30 High Street, Fareham PO16 7AD
Hours: This position will suit a Part Time Associate or a Locum looking for a long-term locum opportunity
Shifts Available: Thursday: 10am – 8pm
UDA Target: 1000 - 1500 UDAs
Ø Permanent Associate UDA Rate: Up to £14 per UDA depending on experience and a private % agreed on a sliding scale upto 50%.
Ø Long Term Locum Dentist Rates: £450 for 30 UDAs, £12 per UDA over/under achieved or a flat rate of £14.00 per UDA. private % agreed on a sliding scale upto 50%.
Successful candidates will be GDC registered, have an active performer number and have experience of providing NHS Dental Treatment.
