Our amazing Dental Surgery is in the beautiful island of Jersey where the work life balance is second to non, the position would suit a person who loves to socialise, be healthy with so many wonderful sports and recreational activities from walking to Kite surfing for the more dynamic of you.

The surgery - is 2 clinics 7 operating chairs fully digital, CBCT scanner on site, iTero scanners, fully computerised 

The current team is highly trained and long standing in an ever expanding team to support the dentists of which we have two GDC registered specialists in Endodontics and Orthodontics with other team members highly trained and skilled in Implants, Invisalign, Perio and children’s dentistry. 

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and self-motivated individual to help manage the staff and take on the roles of TCO, complete appraisals, rota’s, practice development and social media.

As a BDA best practice surgery for over 10 years we have the highest standards which we wish to maintain. As a well presented person we hope that this role will be of interest to a confident front of house person.

In this leadership role we would hope the person would be able to work in all aspects of the business from clinical to behind the scenes helping to drive and maintain our standards

Clinical knowledge and GDC registration are essential 

Salary £36-£50k dependant on experience + package

GDC registration, Indemnity, Core CPD, Vaccinations, Uniforms, Eye test (over £500 in Value)

Accommodation is available in a beautiful 2 bed apartment above the surgery with this option of £1200 for both rooms or one sharing £600 per month (including rates but not electricity)
