Dental Associate

Looking to fill your week, working within a clinic, with great atmosphere and great team ethos.

This practice located in the Newport area, are in need of a Qualified Associate Dentist, working on an Employed or self employed basis. This practice is situated within a commutable distance from Cardiff, Bristol etc.

Start date: ASAP ideally, however will consider notice periods.

This role is to work 3-4 days a week.

The practice operates:
Monday to Thursdays from 8.45am-5.30pm
Fridays: 8.45am-4.30pm

One hour for Lunch, between 1-2pm

There are 4150 UDA's available for 3 days a week and 5000 UDA's available for 4 days a week. So the dentist is able to retrieve high levels of private work.

£12 per UDA on offer, however UDA's are not monitored, therefore the UDAS will be calculated in line with LHB guidelines. Alternatively the practice can offer an employed position.

% remuneration for the private work carried out and lab bills will be split 50/50 on a self employed basis and on an employed basis this changes to 45/55 split

This is a 4 surgery site, fitted with air extractions, air con. Reception area has been fitted in the last year, as well as 3 out of the 4 surgeries and the decon room. Fully equipped clinic, with Digital radiography, Rotary Endo, Intra oral camera's and monitors in surgeries.
This is a Foundation Training practice.

SOE implemented in house. The practice also has integrated Clinipads on Reception.

All candidates must have 1 year post VT experience.
