Dental Nurse

DENTAL NURSE, TAVISTOCK

We're looking for a Dental Nurse (Or an experienced trainee) to join this established fully private practice in Tavistock, Devon

Delivering the highest standards of patient care, this position is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team.

Full-time hours

Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays (The practice are open 1 Sat per month)

Working hours

Mon 10-8
Tues 8-4
Weds 9-6
Thurs 9-5
Friday 9-5
Sat 9-2.30 (1x per month)

Around £11ph salary

This practice will consider taking on a trainee who is enrolled on the dental nurse course with chair side experience.

Job responsibilities
•Provide the highest quality chair side support to the dentists
•Full patient care including follow up and monitoring of records
•Decontamination and sterilising equipment
•Stock control and ordering materials
•Modern facility with state-of-the-art dental equipment and latest technology
•Ad hoc receptionist duties
•On-going training available

Qualifications & Skills required
•Patient orientated with excellent communication skills
•Reliable team member with a flexible manner and drive to exceed expectations
•Previous experience as a Dental Nurse required
•GDC registered and CPD up to date
•Awareness of CQC regulations
•Knowledge of and proficient user of ‘Software of Excellence’
