PRACTICE MANAGER, DOLLAR

We are currently looking to recruit for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated individual to join a fantastic team as a Practice Manager in one of our family friendly dental practices located in Dollar, Clackmannanshire.

Full time opportunity - Working hours TBC

The ideal candidate:
•Must ideally be qualified with current GDC registration
•Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a Practice Manager position within a Dental Practice
•Must have experience in managing staff and practice performance as well as submitting claims and dealing with responses/rejections ·
•Must have experience in implementing policies and procedures and taking a lead on Practice Inspections
•Must be able to produce practice and finance reports as required
•Experience in SOE/Exact is preferred.

Practice information:
High end general / implant practice, providing mainly private dentistry with a small NHS list for children. The practice provide general dentistry as well as implant and orthodontic work including Invisalign. They have a long-standing team of staff who have worked at the practice for between 10-30 years! The practice currently have 2 Dentists, 2 Hygienists, 1 Practice coordinator, 1 Receptionist, 4 qualified nurse and 1 trainee nurse. There is plenty of free on street car parking.
