Our client, a fast growing independent UK wide dental group, have a fantastic opportunity for a Compliance Advisor / Trainer to join their growing team.  This is a great position for an experienced dental professional seeking an exciting new challenge and to further their career away from a day-to-day general dental practice management role.

The role will include liaising with dental practices across London, their clinicians and staff providing training and making sure they adhere to their CQC, compliance, infection control, health and safety requirements.  Due to continued growth and future expansion plans this is a new role to support the Compliance Manager.  Working with practices across London you will provide hands on compliance support, training and guidance.  You will either be an experienced dental nurse, practice or area manager with extensive clinical and dental compliance knowledge.  Whilst this is a new position, the role is likely to evolve as the business develops.  Responsibilities will include – researching new CQC regulations, managing current CQC audits portfolio, conducting telephone CQC audits and collate subsequent results for practices, manage training and CQC knowledge across the group, assist the Compliance Manager as and when needed.  

You will have several years experience in the dental industry either as a nurse, practice or area manager.  You will possess excellent IT and communication skills, you will be extremely organised and have superb initiative and self-motivation, along with good time management of workload and be an excellent team player. You will have an eye for detail and a positive energy to deliver the required standards across the business.  The role will require you to travel across London and work from home.
