(Dependent on experience. However, points 18-20 are by application and panel agreement only)

10 PAS 2.5 of which are lieu PAs for being on call

1:3 on call commitment including weekends

The successful applicant will be expected to provide a broad range of general Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and facial trauma management. Working on an island offers a unique opportunity where the case mix offers both diversity and complexity. The successful candidate will enjoy a role that is both challenging and rewarding. The on call rota is a 1:3 with 24 hour on calls, (on call from home for the out of hours element). Time off in lieu is provided as remuneration for out of hours work and additional payment is made for covering a colleague when on leave.

Under Jersey Law, applicants must possess FULL registration with the General Medical Council and hold a licence to practise.

As this position will work with vulnerable people, the selection process will involve safeguarding measures and include an enhanced DBS check.
