We need a Dental Practice Manager to start working for our client based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
Role Details:
·Permanent, full time position
·Start date ASAP - happy to wait notice period for the right person
·Salary negotiable dependent on experience
·Full support from the Area Manager who has a wealth of knowledge about the business and the dental industry
·Role will lead to you becoming a CQC Registered Manager (if you are not one already)
Candidates applying for this role will:
·be an experience Dental Practice Manager with at least 3 years' experience
·have a good understanding of the day to day running of a practice
·have knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance
·have worked in a mixed practice (NHS & Private) and have experience with Denplan
·possess excellent people & organisation skills, allowing you to effectively lead the practice and promote a positive working environment
·have knowledge of SOE software
Your duties will include (but will not be limited to):
·Management of staff - including conducting appraisals and encouraging personal development
·Supporting the clinical team to enable them to deliver their objectives
·Ensuring the smooth running of the practice - managing costs effectively, identifying opportunities to make improvements & providing reports when required
·Supervising all banking procedures - deposits, payments, reconciliation & debt management
·Delivering practice targets for NHS & Private care
·Keeping all practice documentation up to date including policies, procedures and handbooks
·Ensuring practice compliance with Health & Safety requirements
·Ensuring all staff have their Professional Indemnity (GDC registered staff)
·Managing Denplan patients - recruitment & retention

·Proof of right to work in the UK
